Smoked Salmon Wonton Nachos

Now that that is out of the way…


Nelly’s Smoked Salmon Won Ton Nachos

Servings: 4

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cost: $20-$25

 

Ingredients:

  • 1pkg Won Ton Wrappers
  • 8 oz Smoked Salmon Fillet 
  • 2 cups Coleslaw Mix
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise 
  • 3 tbsp White Sugar
  • 3 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar 
  • 2 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha
  • Furikake
  • Nelly’s Sweet Heat

Directions:

On a small sheet pan, add your salmon fillet and glaze with the Nelly’s Sweet Heat sauce. Bake in the oven at 350° for 10 minutes.

While, that is baking, prep the toppings…

Won Tons - Slice your wonton wrappers in half diagonally and fry in a pan on medium heat until golden brown.

Slaw - In a medium bowl mix the coleslaw, 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, white sugar, sesame, oil, apple cider vinegar, and a dash of salt and pepper.

Sriracha Mayo - In a small bowl mix 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise and 2 tablespoons of Sriracha

When the salmon is done, remove from oven, using a fork, flake the fillet.

Now it’s time to layer your nachos:

  • Won Ton chips
  • Slaw
  • Salmon
  • Sriracha Mayo
  • Furikake
  • Nelly’s Sweet Heat
